Our Maple with Small Cherry & Walnut Edge Grain Cutting Board has been carefully created by hand with an even mix of Maple, Cherry, and Walnut Hardwoods. This creamy white Maple board has been constructed with alternating layers of Black Walnut and Cordial Cherry, decreasing in size, towards the center; giving it a unique, concentric design. Made with Hardwoods, ranging from Brazil and the United states, this reversible cutting board has great dimensional stability, making it perfect for all cooking needs.
Finish:
All of our wooden cutting accessories are finished with a non-toxic and food safe formula of natural mineral oils and bees wax, in order to ensure safety for all uses and occasions.

Care & Maintenance:
Cutting boards should be cleaned and sanitized frequently. Hand-wash with hot water and mild soap or diluted bleach, then towel dry thoroughly before storing. To disinfect, wipe down with full-strength white vinegar after each use. All cutting boards should be kept dry when not in use, so beware of any possible moisture when choosing a storage location. In addition, wooden boards should be oiled frequently, in order to seal the pores of the wood, which blocks the penetration of moisture.
